Author's Note: For some reason, I had the hardest time getting motivated to finish the page this week. I'm not sure why -- the layout's fine (though the vertical background panels aren't quite as good as the horizontal), and the art came out okay. It just took me forever to work up the gumption to get it done. :/ Sometimes this happens, my enthusiasm tends to wax and wane; I'm not really sure what causes it but it could be linked to sunspots or possibly the phases of Venus. Anyway, I digress. It's times like this that I remember why I stick so rigidly to my update schedule -- if I didn't and got to feeling this way, I'd probably stop drawing for a month or two before deciding to start again. And I don't want that, thanks.
