Author's Note: If you look at the cameraman in Panel 1, you'll notice that civilians can have cybernetics, too. :) I know this isn't terribly apparent sometimes, but more than Agents and military personnel can get implants, it's just not too common. Oh, and yes -- there are two US flags flanking the podium, mainly because I couldn't decide on what other one to have there. I suppose the state flag could've worked, but I kinda like the double stars-'n-stripes. A little extra patriotism never hurt anyone's image, right? :)
