Author's Note: A little bit about the menus (and I'll talk some more about 'em next week, too): I figure that by 2035, everything will be wireless and interactive -- including restaurant menus. They'd have OLED pages with pictures of the dishes, and if you need a server, you'd just touch the call button like you would on an airplane. This could probably be done now, if you think about it...
